UC San Diego Colony Votes to Cease Operations

The UCSD Colony at University of California San Diego has informed the National Office and Grand Council of a motion proposed during a meeting on Tuesday, October 2, which resulted in a vote without opposition to suspend Colony operations indefinitely. The vote was held as a result of low membership in the Colony.

As of today, October 3, Chi Phi no longer has an active presence on the campus of UCSD. All Initiate members of the Colony have been moved to Alumni status and are entitled to all the rights and privileges accorded to all members.
