Chi Phi, founded in 1824 at Princeton University, is the oldest social fraternity in the United States. Chi Phi currently has 50 Chapters and 7 active Colonies, with plans to expand to least seven more campuses in the upcoming years. The Chi Phi office is a dynamic team environment with opportunities to grow and develop in all areas of Fraternity operations.

Leadership Consultant (2018-2019 Academic Year)
Leadership Consultants are primarily responsible for providing support and services to Chi Phi Fraternity’s Undergraduate Chapters and Colonies and providing administrative oversight of the expansion process. They contribute to the successful administration of the Chi Phi Congress, the Regional Leadership Alliances, Alphas and Thetas Academy, Regional Ritual Retreats, and various Chapter workshops and trainings.
As full-time members of the Chi Phi National Office team, these individuals assume significant responsibility for developing the Fraternity on both local and national levels through curriculum development, program presentation, and organizational consulting. Leadership Consultants must be able to use independent judgment and discretion when addressing issues and creating resources for our Chapters, Colonies, and Alumni.

Risk Management Coordinator
The Risk Management Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the investigation, sanctioning, and incident follow-up action related to risk management incidents along with providing risk management education in relation to national education programs and individual Chapter educational needs. The Coordinator must build relationships between the Fraternity and its host institutions, Alumni, and key individuals within each Chapter. He/She must contribute to the successful administration of the Chi Phi Congress, Chi Phi’s regional programs, and various Chapter and Colony workshops.
This full time professional must be based out of the Chi Phi National Office in Suwanee, Georgia (Atlanta Metropolitan Area). This position offers a significant opportunity to travel the country (up to 40%) and to affect positive change in a vibrant, growing organization that team members truly care about. This position provides opportunity to hone consulting, managerial, and communications skills. The Risk Management Coordinator will also gain significant hands on experience in business administration, not-for-profit management, student conduct adjudication, and student development.
