The Delta Pi Chapter was present this April during a ceremony honoring their late longtime Faculty Advisor and Special Initiate, Dr. Bill Wysochansky. A professor of chemistry for nearly thirty years and dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Brother Wysochansky retired from GSW in 2006.
The University’s Analytical Chemistry Laboratory inside the Joseph C. Roney Building now memorializes our Brother and outstanding scholar who was instrumental in advising the Delta Pi Chapter in its early years.
In addition, Georgia Southwestern and the Wysochansky family have also created an endowed scholarship to benefit students pursuing degrees in chemistry or nursing.
Brother Wysochansky was also an advisor to the Eta Alpha Chapter of the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity.
